To perform those duties necessary for the proper decontamination, cleaning, inspection, assembly, packaging, sterilization, storage, distribution and documentation of reusable surgical instrumentation and equipment according to established procedures. Assist in the daily operation of the department by resolving routine questions. Assists with the orientation of new personnel. Assume charge responsibilities in the absence of the department coordinator.
Eligible candidates will be offered a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 based on their years of experience!

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution or Certified Registered Central Service Technician with Healthcare Sterile Processing Association. Certification required in our PA and NY facilities (MD is excluded within 18 months of hire. Staff employed prior to December 28, 2020 are grandfathered and do not need to obtain the certification.
