Responsibilities include developing agency relationships, driving profitable premium growth, evaluating prospective agents, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role involves conducting rate reviews, analyzing agency profitability, providing training, and creating marketing plans.
Ideal candidates have at least three years of property/casualty personal lines experience, strong underwriting and sales skills, and effective communication abilities. A four-year degree and active P&C license are preferred.
Compensation ranges from $90,872.67 to $113,590.83. The position requires travel, a valid driver’s license, and flexible work arrangements.
