Role Summary

The Center Supervisor supports the day-to-day operations and clinical coordination of the Manalapan center. The Center Supervisor is supported by a dedicated office managers authorization team, and scheduler, allowing the role to focus primarily on daily center operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a minimum billable requirement of 75 hours per month while supporting daily center operations.

  • Provide day-to-day support to BCBAs, RBTs, Speech, OT, PT, and administrative team members.

  • Assist with daily operations, including staff coverage, documentation follow-up, and clinic flow.

  • Support team communication through meetings, check-ins, coaching, and mentorship.

  • Help address family questions or concerns and escalate more complex matters as appropriate.

  • Review key operational items such as utilization, timesheet accuracy, and authorized hours delivered, with support from leadership as needed.

  • Communicate with billing, authorization, intake, and scheduling teams to support timely service delivery and efficient clinic operations.

  • Review clinical documentation, including session notes, parent training logs, and treatment plans, to support accuracy and timely completion.

  • Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing support of clinical staff.

  • Provide support to practitioners by helping coordinate communication, problem-solving, and service delivery needs.

  • Support compliance with BACB, payer, HIPAA, and regulatory standards.

  • Encourage collaboration and communication between ABA, OT, PT, and Speech teams.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active BCBA certification awarded by the BACB, NJ State LBA

  • Maintains current licensure/certification as required by professional licensing board

  • 5+ years of experience working in the field

  • 1–2 years of supervisory, lead clinician, mentoring, or team support experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with an understanding of interdisciplinary care.

  • Working knowledge of payer guidelines, insurance documentation, and regulatory compliance.

  • Ability to support, mentor, and communicate effectively with clinical and administrative team members.

  • Must be available to work non-traditional hours – some evenings and weekends will be?required.?

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a pediatric therapy or ABA clinic setting.

  • Familiarity with CentralReach (EMR)
