Center Operations Manager
This position is well suited for an operations leader who enjoys supporting seniors through coordinated, all-inclusive care. You will oversee daily center operations, guide clinical and non-clinical teams, and make sure participants receive the services they need to stay safe and supported. The focus is on strong leadership, consistent communication, and smooth program delivery.
What Youll Do
Oversee day-to-day operations for the center and ensure high-quality participant care
Coordinate center activities including daily interdisciplinary meetings, care planning, and follow-up tasks
Communicate participant changes and support development of the interdisciplinary plan of care
Partner with clinical and support departments to improve processes, programs, and staff engagement
Participate in quality initiatives and support compliance with state and federal program requirements
Build relationships with local providers, vendors, and referral sources to support participant enrollment
Monitor center performance and utilization targets using dashboard metrics
Manage staffing needs, scheduling, and center budget in collaboration with finance
Work cross-functionally on new processes and programs that support service improvement
Supervisory Responsibilities
Hire, coach, and support team leads and center staff
Build a positive workplace culture across teams
Partner with HR, Training, and Quality to support education and ongoing staff development
What Youll Need
Bachelors degree required; masters degree preferred
At least 5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare operations setting
Experience supporting an interdisciplinary team is preferred
Prior experience working with frail or elderly populations or willingness to complete training
Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse stakeholder groups
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple operational needs at once
CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain
