4Ever Young is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Center Manager to lead the launch of our new Allen, TX location opening in early to mid August 2026.
This is a rare opportunity for a high-accountability operator who thrives in growth environments and wants to help build a business from the ground up. The Center Manager will partner closely with the franchisee from pre-opening through launch and ramp-up, helping establish local brand presence, recruit and train the team, prepare operations, drive membership pre-sales, and lead the center to profitability as quickly as possible.
We are looking for someone equally comfortable working community events, building local partnerships, leading a team, managing service providers, driving sales, and owning operational performance.
If you are a strong people leader with experience in wellness, aesthetics, med spa, fitness, retail, hospitality, or membership-based service businesses, this role offers the chance to make a visible impact from day one.
