What You'll Do
Provide exceptional patient care using established evidence-based protocols
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3–4 clinical staff members
Oversee daily clinic operations and maintain laboratory compliance
Partner closely with the Physician Medical Director to deliver outstanding patient outcomes
Foster a positive, patient-centered culture while driving clinic performance
Qualifications
Required
Active Colorado Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN/NP) license
Current DEA registration
Minimum of one year of clinical experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience in hormone replacement therapy (HRT), men's health, wellness, weight management, endocrinology, or primary care
Schedule
Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Two Saturdays required during months with five Saturdays (paid)
Training
