We are seeking an experienced and motivated Center Director to lead our Sonterra clinic. Compensation
$175,000 annual base salary
Additional $400 for working one Saturday per month
Quarterly RVU bonus opportunities based on KPI achievement
Annual RVU bonus potential up to $8,800

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional patient care using established, evidence-based treatment protocols
Lead, mentor, and support a team of 3–4 clinic staff members
Oversee daily clinic operations and maintain laboratory compliance standards
Collaborate closely with the Physician Medical Director to ensure the highest quality of patient care
Foster a positive, patient-focused clinic culture
Qualifications
Licensed PA, APN, APRN, or FNP
Active Texas DEA registration required
Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Passion for wellness, preventative medicine, and helping patients achieve lasting health outcomes
Schedule
Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Two Saturdays required during months with five Saturdays
Training
Two consecutive weeks of training, Monday through Friday
