We are seeking an experienced and motivated Center Director to lead our Sonterra clinic. This role is ideal for a clinical leader who is passionate about patient care, wellness, and mentoring a high-performing team.

Compensation

  • $175,000 annual base salary
  • Additional $400 for working one Saturday per month
  • Quarterly RVU bonus opportunities based on KPI achievement
  • Annual RVU bonus potential up to $8,800

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional patient care using established, evidence-based treatment protocols
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of 3–4 clinic staff members
  • Oversee daily clinic operations and maintain laboratory compliance standards
  • Collaborate closely with the Physician Medical Director to ensure the highest quality of patient care
  • Foster a positive, patient-focused clinic culture

Qualifications

  • Licensed PA, APN, APRN, or FNP
  • Active Texas DEA registration required
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Passion for wellness, preventative medicine, and helping patients achieve lasting health outcomes

Schedule

  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Two Saturdays required during months with five Saturdays

Training

  • Two consecutive weeks of training, Monday through Friday
