GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
Under limited supervision, performs student support and general office work at the administrative support level. This includes, but is not limited to coordination of concurrent enrollment and other college credit classes, continuing education activities, routine correspondence, providing student assistance and general software support, and maintaining confidential student and center records. A high degree of independent judgment and collaboration with other college employees and departments is expected. This individual must possess the ability to work as a member of a team providing a high level of front-line customer service. This position may require working up to two evenings per week and other work hours as assigned to accommodate the Center's hours and operations.
The typical work schedule will be 7 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES WITH/WITHOUT REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION:
Position involves working in an office setting. Occasional (10-33%) standing, pushing, pulling and grasping. Frequent (34-66%) reaching and viewing a computer and other types of close visual work. Constant (67-100%) sitting, walking, repetitive motion, talking and hearing. The position involves occasional (10-33%) driving to events and meetings away from KRCUI.
