Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Center Administrator for our client in Orono, ME 04473. This is a 13-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: Center Administrator
Location: Orono, ME 04473
Duration: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Work Schedule: Days, 5x8-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the healthcare center.
  • Supervise administrative personnel and coordinate workflow to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage staffing schedules, employee performance, and operational productivity.
  • Monitor budgets, expenditures, and resource utilization to support efficient facility operations.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership to maintain high standards of patient and resident care.
  • Coordinate quality improvement initiatives and assist with accreditation and compliance activities.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative work environment while supporting organizational goals.
To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 years of healthcare administrative or management experience, preferably in a long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or healthcare facility.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare information systems.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
