Cementing Bulk Plant Operator

Pay/Schedule : $18.50/hr. 7 nights 3 days off 7 days 4 days off; 12 hours shift, switching day and night shifts. At $18.5/hr and 60 hours a week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,295 gross

Job Summary

We are seeking a safety-focused and detail-oriented Bulk Plant Operator to join our team in supporting Oil & Gas operations. This role plays a key part in the preparation, blending, and delivery of bulk materials and chemicals to wellsite locations. You’ll ensure efficient, accurate, and high-quality product handling in compliance with all safety, environmental, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Blend and mix bulk products for delivery to the wellsite
• Operate heavy machinery (e.g., forklift, telehandler)
• Maintain bulk plant equipment and ensure cleanliness
• Perform inventory control and support warehouse operations
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
• Work effectively in a team environment while handling some independent tasks

Experience and Skills

• Top 3 Skills:
• Strong safety mindset
• Ability to perform physical labor
• Experience operating machinery
• Forklift experience required
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with warehouse or inventory management systems is a plus
• No prior cementing experience required — training will be provided
