Job Title: Fuel Cell Lab & Manufacturing Technician
Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Fuel Cell Lab & Manufacturing Technician to support both laboratory research and pilot-scale manufacturing of solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) systems. This role bridges R&D and early production, working closely with engineers and scientists to assemble, test, and improve advanced energy technologies in a fast-paced, clean energy environment.

Associate degree or technical coursework in:
Chemistry, Materials Science, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Engineering Technology
2+ years of experience in:
Manufacturing, lab, or pilot production environments
Familiarity with:
Fuel cells, batteries, ceramics, or high-temperature systems
Cleanroom or controlled lab environments
Quality systems (ISO, SPC, root-cause analysis)
Experience supporting early-stage manufacturing or process scale-up
Work Environment
On-site role in a laboratory and pilot manufacturing setting
Exposure to:
High-temperature equipment
Industrial tools and chemical materials
Requires PPE and adherence to strict safety protocols

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Pleasant, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
