Position Highlights:
Physician-led hospital
Independent anesthesia practice (no CRNA supervision).
Favorable Call Schedule:35 call days annually; 4 call lines (OB, Cardiology, Primary, Secondary). OB call is light (~700 deliveries/year). All call is from home with a 30-minute response time.
Collaborative,physician-ledcall scheduling.
Compensation & Benefits:
Million Dollar Earning Potential
Sign-On Bonus: $300,000
Base salary: $600,000(W2),$700,000 (1099)with flexible FTE options (down to 0.5 FTE). Additional compensation through voluntary extra call and flexible shift structures.

Qualifications:
Degree:MD or DO required.
Certifications:Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
Licensure:Eligible for Iowa medical license.
Skillset:Proficiency in regional anesthesia preferred; option to avoid blocks if desired.
Experience:Experienced anesthesiologists and new graduates welcome.
