Position Description: Lead the Team That Keeps Freight Moving Second Shift Dock Supervisor Are you the person who naturally takes charge, keeps a cool head under pressure, and can't stand watching things run inefficiently? We need a Second Shift Dock Supervisor who thrives on solving problems in real time and building a team that has each other's backs. This isn't a desk job. You'll be the hub of communication between drivers, dock crews, and customers — making sure freight moves where it needs to go, when it needs to be there. If you're a natural multitasker with sharp instincts and a "we, not me" mindset, we want to talk to you.
