Job Summary

Bauman Landscape and Construction is seeking a CDL Truck Driver to operate volumetric cement trucks and haul aggregates to construction job sites throughout Northern California.

This is a local driving position with consistent work supporting grading, utilities, and concrete operations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and committed to professional service, equipment care, and compliance with transportation and jobsite safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate volumetric cement trucks
• Haul aggregates and construction materials to construction job sites
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate load, delivery, and required driving documentation
• Follow DOT regulations, company safety policies, and jobsite requirements
• Coordinate with dispatch and field teams to support timely deliveries
• Communicate professionally with customers, field crews, and jobsite personnel
• Help maintain assigned equipment in clean, safe, and working condition

Required Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class B (Class A preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience
• Clean driving record (no DUIs)
• Must meet company insurance requirements (25+ years old)
• Strong understanding of DOT compliance and safe driving practices
• Interest in operating volumetric cement equipment
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay range: $44 - $52 per hour, based on experience
