Key Responsibilities - CDL Equipment Operator
Operate hydraulic dredging equipment to remove residuals from wastewater ponds and transfer materials to processing systems
Manage belt filter press equipment for sediment dewatering and solids processing operations
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on dredging and dewatering equipment to ensure operational reliability
Monitor equipment performance and adjust operations to maintain efficiency and safety standards
Work collaboratively with team members to complete environmental remediation projects on schedule
Qualifications - CDL Equipment Operator
Valid driver's license with less than 6 points; no DUI convictions within the last 6 years required
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and fitness for duty physical examination
English language proficiency with ability to read, write, and comprehend safety and operational instructions
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with ability to operate and maintain heavy equipment
Capacity to work with limited supervision after completing initial training period
Preferred Qualifications - CDL Equipment Operator
Previous experience operating heavy equipment in construction, mining, or environmental services
Maintenance or mechanical repair experience with hydraulic systems or industrial equipment
Prior exposure to wastewater treatment, dredging operations, or sediment management projects
CDL license (Class A or B) for additional equipment operation opportunities
Familiarity with environmental compliance and safety protocols in industrial settings

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and variable temperatures throughout the year
