Required Experience & Skills
Valid CDL Class A license (required)
Manual transmission experience (no automatic restriction)
Clear MVR and DOT record
Experience with flatbed steel delivery preferred
Ability to secure loads using boomer chains and straps
Strong attention to safety and detail
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Transport steel materials using a flatbed truck
Secure loads using boomer chains and straps
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Follow all DOT and company safety regulations
Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records
Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
Work Environment
Local routes only home daily
Day shift schedule with no weekends
No tarping required
Outdoor and driving environment with material handling responsibilities
