CDL-A Truck Driver – Dedicated Sysco Fleet | Solo Driver | No-Touch Refrigerated Freight |

This Position Is Designed for Experienced CDL-A Drivers

C.R. England is hiring a qualified, experienced CDL-A Solo Driver for a dedicated Sysco Fleet account based in Front Royal, VA. This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must hold a valid CDL-A with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable, current driving experience. Students, recent graduates, and trainees will not be considered for this lane.


Compensation

  • Drivers average $80,000 annually; top 10% of earners reach up to $108,000 per year*
  • Mileage pay and detention pay
  • Safe & on-time performance bonus — up to 3% of mileage pay

Home Time

  • Most drivers return home weekly
  • Guaranteed home time a minimum of every other weekend for the 34-hour reset

  • Account: Dedicated Sysco Fleet — Solo driving
  • Home Base: Front Royal, VA
  • Operating States: MA, CT, NY (Albany and Syracuse; backhauls out of Buffalo), NJ, PA, MD, VA, NC, SC, OH, IN, and KY
  • Consistent and predictable routes with regular customer interaction
  • Primarily nighttime driving schedule
  • No-touch freight
  • Automatic transmission sleeper cabs; 53' refrigerated trailers
  • On-site truck parking at the main facility
  • Dedicated C.R. England maintenance shop on-site
  • 24/7 office support staff
  • Nearly a decade of established customer relationships on this account

Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A license required
  • Minimum 3 months of current, verifiable CDL-A driving experience
  • This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must pass a DOT drug screen
  • HAZMAT endorsement required within 90 days of hire
