Route & Schedule:
- Fixed regional territory — you know your lanes before you leave the yard
- Consistent weekly mileage regardless of season — freight network is year-round stable
- Weekly home time structured around your 34-hour federal restart
- Extended road time available for drivers targeting higher weekly earnings
- Dedicated load planner assigned to optimize your driving windows
Training For New Drivers:
- Position open to CDL-A holders at any experience level
- Paid training program runs 4 to 5 weeks with a professional road mentor
- Program covers federal compliance, trip planning, and defensive driving application
- Transition to solo operation happens immediately upon trainer approval
- Compensation during training mirrors standard orientation pay — no reduction

Applicant Requirements:
- Current Class A Commercial Driver License
- Minimum 6 months tractor-trailer experience or recent CDL-A graduate

- Motor vehicle record with 2 or fewer violations in past 3 years
- No alcohol or drug-related driving offenses within 36 months
- No felony convictions within the last 5 years
