    Description

    We are hiring full-time W2 CDL-A drivers for openings across our OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets. Operations run primarily east of I-35. New and limited-experience drivers may qualify for our paid training program.

    PAY AND SCHEDULE

    • Weekly gross: $1,400 – $1,800 depending on experience and route
    • Weekly direct deposit 
    • Home time weekly or every two weeks based on fleet 
    • Paid orientation included

    EQUIPMENT

    • Assigned 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractor 
    • Late-model, well-maintained units

    THE FREIGHT

    • Primarily no-touch dry van  
    • 70% drop-and-hook 
    • Customers throughout the Eastern U.S.

    PAID TRAINING PROGRAM

    Drivers who have completed a minimum of 120 hours at an accredited CDL school may qualify for our 3 to 5 week paid training program. 

    Training covers tractor-trailer operation, ELD compliance, trip reporting, pre/post-trip inspections, and company procedures. Solo assignment follows supervised evaluation.

    DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Operate a Class A tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT regulations 
    • Pick up and deliver dry van freight on time 
    • Maintain ELD logs, DVIRs, and trip reports 
    • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections 
    • Communicate with dispatch and customers

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Valid Class A CDL or at least 120 hours completed at an accredited CDL school 
    • Clean driving record 
    • Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
