COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $85,000–$115,000 annual earning potential on consistent runs
• Solo Drivers: $0.68 per mile
• Team Drivers: $0.80 per mile
• Overtime available based on route and business needs
• Direct Hire (W2)
• Bi-weekly pay with Daily Pay options available
• Solo Drivers: Home most evenings
• Team Drivers: Consistent 5–6 day schedules with continuous relay operations
ROLE IMPACT
As a CDL-A Truck Driver, you will ensure safe, on-time freight delivery across regional and relay routes. This role supports operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and route reliability. Success in this position means maintaining DOT compliance, delivering freight safely, and adapting to solo and team-driving assignments as business needs evolve. Drivers benefit from consistent freight volume, all drop-and-hook operations, and the opportunity to maximize earnings through available routes.
• Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles on relay, dedicated, and team routes, including Dallas-to-El Paso and return runs
• Transport freight safely while maintaining compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate ELD records
• Coordinate with dispatch and team drivers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
• Support alternate routes and team-driving operations as business needs require
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Valid CDL-A (Commercial Driver’s License – Class A)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Class A commercial driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record and ability to meet all DOT requirements
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Operate sleeper-cab and day-cab tractors with automatic or manual transmissions
• Use Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) and standard freight securement equipment
• All freight is drop-and-hook with no-touch freight handling requirements
• Extended periods of sitting, driving, and entering/exiting tractor-trailers
• Ability to secure and manage freight as required by route
