COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $26–$32 per hour DOE
• Overtime available based on route and business needs
• Direct Hire (W2)
• Bi-weekly pay with Daily Pay options available
• Start date: ASAP
Role Impact:
As a CDL-A Truck Driver, you will ensure safe, on-time freight delivery across regional and relay routes. This role supports operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and route reliability. Success means maintaining DOT (Department of Transportation) compliance, delivering freight safely, and adapting to solo and team-driving assignments as business needs evolve.
• Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles (CMV) on relay, dedicated, and team routes, including Dallas to El Paso and return runs
• Transport freight safely in compliance with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) and DOT regulations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate ELD (Electronic Logging Device) records
• Coordinate with dispatch and team drivers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
• Remain flexible to support alternate routes and team-driving operations as needed
Minimum Qualifications
• Valid CDL-A (Commercial Driver’s License – Class A)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Class A commercial driving experience
• Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) and ability to meet DOT requirements
• Operate sleeper and/or day cab tractors (automatic or manual transmission)
• Use ELD systems and standard freight securement equipment
• Extended periods of sitting, driving, and entering/exiting tractor-trailer
• Ability to lift, secure, and manage freight as required by route
Preferred Skills
• Team-driving experience
• Experience running long-haul or relay routes
• Strong communication and time-management skills
