This position is based in Kalamazoo, MI. We are hiring experienced CDL‑A drivers for a specialized fleet transporting ATVs from a manufacturer to dealership locations. The role is suited to professional drivers seeking structured freight, consistent mileage, newer equipment, and a compensation package that includes weekly earnings, load‑based pay, a sign‑on bonus, and full benefits.
- Compensation
- Weekly average: $1,730–$1,923
- Annual average: $90,000–$100,000
- 2,400–2,500+ miles per week; top drivers average 12,000 miles per month
- Sign‑on bonus: $6,000 (total)
- Load profile
- All loads are round trip
- Pickups are by appointment
- Most drivers complete about 2 loads per week
- Loads generally include 2–4 total stops
- Typical loads carry 8 units
- Additional pay includes stop pay ($75) and ranger pay per load ($12); securement pay per car is also provided
- Equipment
- Automatic Volvos, Freightliners, Internationals, and Kenworths
- Fleet vehicles are three years old or newer
