• Live stop appointments on select customer runs
• Strict no-touch policy — cargo handling is never your responsibility

Route & Schedule:

• Fixed regional territory — you know your lanes before you leave the yard
• Consistent weekly mileage regardless of season — freight network is year-round stable
• Weekly home time structured around your 34-hour federal restart
• Extended road time available for drivers targeting higher weekly earnings
• Dedicated load planner assigned to optimize your driving windows

Training For New Drivers:

• Position open to CDL-A holders at any experience level
• Paid training program runs 4 to 5 weeks with a professional road mentor
• Program covers federal compliance, trip planning, and defensive driving application
• Transition to solo operation happens immediately upon trainer approval
• Compensation during training mirrors standard orientation pay — no reduction

Applicant Requirements:

• Current Class A Commercial Driver License
• Minimum 6 months tractor-trailer experience or recent CDL-A graduate
• Must clear DOT medical examination and pre-employment drug screen
• Motor vehicle record with 2 or fewer violations in past 3 years
• No alcohol or drug-related driving offenses within 36 months
• No felony convictions within the last 5 years
