Position Overview

We are seeking a professional CDL-A Regional Truck Driver to operate from our Springdale, AR domicile. This is an over-the-road regional role focused on predictable, high-density freight lanes within the South-Central and Midwest corridors. You will be home weekly, running consistent miles with a late-model fleet, all while being supported by a dedicated driver management team that prioritizes safety and work-life balance.

Minimum Qualifications (Strict Hiring Gate)

• Valid Class A CDL with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience (must be recent and documented).
• No more than 1 preventable accident (of any type) in the past 2 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations (of any type) in the past 2 years.
• Zero DUIs or alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years (no exceptions).
• No failed drug or alcohol tests in the past 3 years.
• Clean background and valid medical card.
• Ability to pass a road test and pre-employment screening.

Regional Corridors & Freight Lanes

Our primary operating lanes surround the Springdale, AR hub, with regular runs to and from:

• Dallas/Fort Worth, TX
• Oklahoma City, OK
• Memphis, TN
• Kansas City, MO
• Little Rock, AR
• St. Louis, MO

All freight is no-touch, drop-and-hook, with a focus on dry van and temperature-controlled shipments (reefer). You will never be asked to load or unload freight.

Equipment & Fleet Standards

• Late-model fleet: All tractors are under 18 months old (Freightliner Cascadia, Kenworth T680).
• Automatic transmissions standard.
• Full aerodynamic package, APU, inverter, and refrigerator.
• In-cab telematics for route optimization – no forced dispatch.
• 24/7 roadside support and dedicated maintenance team in Springdale.

Compensation & Weekly Scale

• Target weekly gross: $1,750 ceiling (based on 1,800–2,000 miles per week, plus performance bonuses).
• Pay structure: 62 cents per mile base, plus $25 per stop (average 3 stops per week).
• Weekly pay via direct deposit every Friday.
• Safety and fuel efficiency bonus up to $200 per week.
