CDL-A Regional Truck Driver - Entry Level - Home Weekly

We are seeking Class A CDL drivers with little or no experience to begin their driving careers from our Lakeland, FL location as part of a regional/Eastern Seaboard fleet. This position provides weekly home resets, paid training, top-tier equipment, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Compensation: $1,600–$1,800 weekly via direct deposit
• Route type: Regional routes with weekly home resets; Eastern Seaboard coverage
• Equipment: Fully loaded, new trucks
• Freight: Drop-and-hook dry van

• Training: Paid orientation and instructor-led training, including behind-the-wheel mentorship

Training details: Paid orientation and instructor-led classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction are provided. The program includes mentorship for new and entry-level drivers who have completed a minimum of 120 hours of school instruction.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
• Must meet hiring and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements
• Minimum of 120 hours of commercial driving school instruction
