Key details:
Region: All states west of the Mississippi.
Schedule: Day or night shifts; bi‑weekly home time with a minimum 34‑hour reset.
Mileage: Average ~2,300 miles per week; majority drop‑and‑hook operations with company‑maintained 53' dry vans.
Orientation & training: One‑day paid orientation. Drivers with <6 months’ experience ride with a trainer until qualified (typically 4–6 weeks).
Compensation & benefits:
$1,000–$1,200 per week (varies by miles and experience)
Trainee pay: approx. $680 per week during training (typically 4–6 weeks).
Per‑mile pay after training: $0.43–$0.71 (varies by experience).
Monthly performance/safety bonus: up to $0.06 per mile (eligibility criteria apply).
Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.
Minimum requirements:
Minimum age 21 and valid Class A CDL.
Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of formal training.
Clean driving record: no major accidents, major tickets, license suspensions, or DUI convictions in the past 5 years.
Not terminated from the most recent job for safety‑related reasons.
Documented work history with limited gaps: at least six months of employment within the last year and at least one year within the last three years.
Able to pass required urine and hair drug screening and background/criminal history checks.
