365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and newly licensed drivers in Gulfport, MS for a paid 4 to 6 week mentor program that leads to solo regional driving. What this role offers:
- Paid 4 to 6 week mentor training with an experienced driver
- $1,600 to $1,800 per week after successful completion of training

Route details and responsibilities:
- Begin with a paid mentor program focused on safe, professional driving skills
- Transition into solo regional assignments after successful completion of training
- Operate dry van freight on regional routes throughout the Midwest and East
- Comply with DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service requirements
- Perform complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate professionally with mentors, dispatch, and customers
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Graduate of an accredited CDL school
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to meet DOT physical requirements and complete required pre-employment screenings
- Safety-first mindset, reliability, coachability, and professional communication
- No prior over-the-road experience required
