Rouse Trucking is hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for a semi-local dedicated operation offering dependable pay, familiar freight lanes, and predictable scheduling throughout the week.

Pay
This CDL-A truck driver position offers guaranteed weekly minimums designed to provide dependable income consistency. Drivers earn $1,300 weekly guaranteed minimum pay with the opportunity to move to a $1,400 weekly guarantee after 12 months. A $500 sign-on bonus is also included.

Home Time
This semi-local operation runs Tuesday-Saturday with guaranteed Sunday-Monday home time every week. Drivers also average 2-3 additional home visits during the week depending on dispatch flow and route timing.

Routes average 1,800-2,000 miles weekly throughout the Southeast.

Routes
Drivers handle dedicated automotive parts deliveries with 18-23 stops using electric pallet jacks. Consistent regional lanes help drivers become familiar with delivery locations while maintaining smoother day-to-day operations.

Reliable Equipment
Drivers operate 2020 Freightliner Cascadia trucks with automatic transmissions, lift gates, collision avoidance systems, and blind spot detection. Fleet includes both sleeper and day cab configurations governed at 65 MPH.

Predictable Schedule
Start times typically range between 1 AM-6 AM. Most workdays average 11-13 hours, with some shorter route days around 8 hours depending on freight flow.

This operation includes 1-2 weekly layovers with customer parking available.

Hiring Requirements
• 12 months recent tractor-trailer experience
• Hazmat endorsement required
• Comfortable with night driving
