HWY Express is actively seeking three experienced CDL-A drivers for our dedicated store delivery operations throughout the Southeast region. Consistent miles with weekly home time for Class A drivers.


Compensation and Pay Structure

Earn $1,300 to $1,600 per week through our competitive pay structure. Our compensation includes 77 cents per mile, plus $20 stop pay after your first delivery of the day. Short-haul assignments offer additional earning opportunities with $45 pay for routes under 50 miles and $35 for distances under 150 miles. Complete our comprehensive orientation program and receive $1,000 orientation pay for attending our 2-day training class in Nashville, Tennessee.


Home Time and Schedule

• Weekly home time every weekend for 34-48 hour reset periods
• Dedicated lanes serving Northern Florida, Eastern Georgia, South Carolina, and Southern North Carolina
• Consistent miles with no touch freight operations
• Holiday pay bonus of $100 for working required holidays including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day
• Secure truck parking provided at designated terminals


Equipment and Maintenance

Drive late-model International LT trucks featuring 71-inch sleepers, all maintained under three years old. Each truck comes equipped with APU units, inverters, and space for refrigerators to enhance your comfort during regional driving assignments. We utilize dry van trailers with all maintenance handled through our partnership with Penske.


Comprehensive Benefits Package

Medical coverage begins after 60 days with three plan options, including prescription hotline access and Health Savings Plan availability. We provide $25,000 in complimentary life insurance coverage. Our 401K program offers dollar-for-dollar company matching up to 4% after one month of employment. Vacation time becomes available after one year, with unpaid time off options after initial employment period.


Driver Requirements

Candidates must possess valid CDL-A with minimum six months of recent OTR, regional driving, or local experience maintaining electronic logs.
