We are hiring Class A Drivers for a local dedicated account. You get the physical reward of flatbed work, premium hourly pay, and best of all—you sleep in your own bed every single night.
Compensation & Earnings:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $28.00 / hour (Get paid for every minute you work, including strapping time!)
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,400 - $1,750
- Additional Pay: Extra Chaining & Strapping accessorial pay included.
Shift, Schedule & Home Time:
- Home Time: HOME DAILY
- Operating Area: Local/Regional runs through PA, OH, MD, and DE.
- Details: Average length of haul is 50–500 miles with 5–25 stops per week.
Freight & Load Securement (The Work):
- The Freight: Finished manufacturing parts and components for dedicated assembly facilities.
- No-Touch Cargo: You do not load or unload the freight yourself.
- Securement: You are 100% responsible for securing the loads. This is an active flatbed position requiring physical work—you will be chaining and strapping daily.
- Equipment: Primarily Curtainside Flatbeds (makes life easier in bad weather!), with seasonal straight flatbeds and occasional dry vans. Modern fleet equipment with secure personal vehicle parking available.
A Typical Workflow:
- Review your daily dispatch schedule and perform a thorough pre-trip.
- Travel to dedicated vendor locations to pick up freight.
- Properly secure components using chains and straps.
- Transport and deliver components safely to manufacturing facilities.
- Verify next-day assignments and head home.

Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Safe driving record (MVR)
- No Endorsements Required
- Must be physically able and willing to perform regular flatbed strapping and chaining.
