-Minimum of 6 months experience with Open Deck Freight
-Minimum 1 year of experience as a CDL Class A Driver
-Valid CDL Class A
-Strong commitment to safety, on-time delivery, and equipment care
-Strong work ethic & communication
-Clean driving record for at least 3 years (MVR & PSP)
-No recent DUI, SAP or failed drug tests
-Experience with Heavy Haul, Tarping, Strapping and Load Securement is preferred
-Experience with ELD (Electronic Logging Devices)
-Ability to scan documents using an in phone app
-Safely transport Conestoga, Flatbed, and Step Deck freight across assigned routes while following all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
-Properly secure loads using straps, chains, binders, tarps, and other load securement equipment as required by the freight type.
-Perform accurate pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
-Maintain and update driving hours, load information, and route activity using Electronic Logging Devices (ELD).
-Communicate consistently and professionally with dispatchers, brokers, and company staff regarding load updates, pickup and delivery times, delays, and route changes.
-Ensure freight is delivered safely, securely, and on time while maintaining professionalism and representing the company positively on the road.
-Assist with load checks and securement adjustments during transit when necessary and maintain cleanliness and proper care of company equipment and trailers.

24/7 Driver Support: Roadside Assistance always available.

Routes: All 48 States and OTR or Regional/Local if resident of IL or IN
Strong Pay Structure: 28% per gross load if under 1 year experience, 30%+ per gross load if over a year of experience
Maintenance: In-house repair shop for trucks and trailers
Travel & Parking: Paid flights and free parking available.
Home-Time and Work Balance: 3 Weeks OTR and 1 Week Home
Flexibility: Team Driving or Solo
