Pay Package - Clear & Competitive
- Earn up to 56 CPM based on application
- Breakdown / Layover Pay: $100 per day after the first 24 hours
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after 2–3 hours (depending on load)
- Stop Pay: paid out based on the number of legs included on the load:
- 1st Leg = $30
- 2nd-3rd Leg = $40
- 4th + = $50
- Driver Referral Bonus: $300/month for up to 6 months (both drivers must stay employed)

- Level 2 = $100
- Level 3 = $50
- Extra $500 after your 5th clean inspection
- Driver of the Month:
- 1st place = $500
- 2nd place = $250
- 3rd-5th place = $100
What You Can Expect:
- Average Miles: 2,700 - 3,300 per week
- Running Area: All 48 States - No Forced Dispatch to NYC
- Home Time: tiered home time policy—the longer you stay out, the more home time can be earned.
- 14 days out / 2 days home
- 4 weeks out / 4 days home
- 8 weeks out / 7 days home
- 12 weeks out / 10 days home (*CAP)
- Pet Policy: up to 1 dog may be authorized. $50/week until $400 fee paid in full.
- Rider Policy: up to 1 passenger may be authorized. Rider must be at least 9 years of age. $40/month for insurance purposes.
- Elected benefits (health, vision, dental, 401K, and life insurance) start the 1st of the month post-hire.
- PTO: 5 days to start (DM approval required)
- Equipment: Kenworths, Freightliners, & Internationals which are mostly 2020+ and newer.

[Required] Company Driver - Escrow Account:
All company drivers (excludes lease purchase and OOP) are required to pay into an escrow account ($1,600 total) which is then returned to the driver based on tenure ($200 each year the driver remains employed.) A signed payroll deduction form will be required of all onboarding Company Drivers for this purpose and they will be deducted $50/week until the escrow is paid in full.
- These funds are used for any outstanding debts, expenses, fees, fines, loans, or other costs the company incurs due to driver behavior that have not been paid at the time of termination of employment. Driver behavior includes any time a driver fails to exercise due care for equipment, exercises their duties in such a way that incurs costs, fees, fines, or expenses that are applied to the driver due to driver behavior or choices. Examples of such behavior include, but are not limited to: failing to return equipment upon termination, failing to repay loans, failing to cover training expenses or fees accumulated prior to termination of employment, failing to pay tickets or fines associated with driver performance (e.g., traffic citations, parking tickets, at fault accident costs, et cetera), and failing to cover SAP expenses.
