Pay Package - Clear & Competitive
Earn up to 60 CPM based on application
Breakdown / Layover Pay: $100 per day after the first 24 hours
Detention Pay: $15 per hour after 2–3 hours (depending on load)
Stop Pay: paid out based on the number of legs included on the load:
1st Leg = $30
2nd-3rd Leg = $40
4th + = $50

Level 1 = $200
Level 2 = $100
Level 3 = $50
Extra $500 after your 5th clean inspection
Driver of the Month:
1st place = $500
2nd place = $250
3rd-5th place = $100
What You Can Expect:
Average Miles: 2,700 - 3,300 per week
Running Area: All 48 States - No Forced Dispatch to NYC

4 weeks out / 4 days home
8 weeks out / 7 days home
12 weeks out / 10 days home (*CAP)
Pet Policy: up to 1 dog may be authorized. $50/week until $400 fee paid in full.
Rider Policy: up to 1 passenger may be authorized. Rider must be at least 9 years of age. $40/month for insurance purposes.
Elected benefits (health, vision, dental, 401K, and life insurance) start the 1st of the month post-hire.
PTO: 5 days to start (DM approval required)
Equipment: Kenworths, Freightliners, & Internationals (new trucks just purchased!)
