Company Driver (W-2)
- Competitive Pay: Earn up to 56 CPM (starting 50-54 CPM for non-SAP drivers based on experience; SAP-friendly options available).
- Average 2,700 – 3,300 miles per week.
- Home Time: Flexible tiered options – 14 days out/2 days home, up to 12 weeks out/10 days home.
- Running area: All 48 states (no forced dispatch to NYC).
- Late model Kenworths, Freightliners & Internationals with APUs, refrigerators, inverters, and more. Governed at 70 mph.
- Bonuses & Perks: Clean inspection bonuses: $50 (Level 3), $100 (Level 2), $200 (Level 1) + $500 after 5 clean inspections.
- Driver of the Month awards.
- Breakdown/layover, detention, and stop pay.
- Referral bonus: $300/month for up to 6 months.
