Role Overview

A regional retail freight operation based out of West Memphis, AR is seeking CDL-A drivers for dedicated store delivery routes throughout the South and Midwest. Drivers will haul dry freight while performing hands-on unloads using rotocarts and liftgates. This position is ideal for drivers comfortable with physical work, close-quarter maneuvering, and multi-stop deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport dry freight to retail store locations across regional routes
• Deliver freight throughout TX, OK, TN, AR, LA, MS, MO, KY, IL, and AL
• Unload full truckloads using rotocarts and liftgates
• Complete an average of 3 loads per week
• Operate safely in close-quarter delivery environments and backing situations
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Accurately maintain logs and delivery documentation

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license required
• Ability to handle touch freight and physical unloading responsibilities
• Comfortable with close-quarter maneuvering and backing situations
• Strong safety mindset and reliable attendance
• Ability to operate safely in varying weather and traffic conditions
• Drivers must have a secure location to park equipment at home or nearby

Compensation & Benefits

• Average weekly pay: $1,380
• Top 10% weekly pay: $1,700
• Average annual pay: $71,760
• Top 10% annual pay: $88,400
• CPM pay structure based on experience
• Additional load pay averaging $150 per load
• Average 3 loads per week

Pay Breakdown

• 0–1 years: $0.515 CPM
• 2 years: $0.53 CPM
• 3 years: $0.545 CPM
• 5 years: $0.555 CPM

• 8 years: $0.585 CPM
• 9 years: $0.595 CPM
• 10–20 years: $0.605 CPM

Schedule & Home Time

• Weekly 34-hour reset
• Regional routes
• Home weekly
• Orientation held in Dallas, TX
• Drivers complete 1 week out with a mentor before solo dispatch

• Must live within 100 miles of West Memphis, AR
