Not just prompting a single model must understand:
Agentic Development / AI Workflow ExperienceGitHub Copilot CLI or similar command-line AI workflows
Experience beyond basic IDE usage
Prefer:
Spec-Driven Development (AI-enabled)Take requirements ? generate structured specs (markdown)
