Seeking a CCaaS / Unified Communications Analyst in Jacksonville, FL (hybrid) to support the migration to Genesys CCaaS within a healthcare setting. The role involves
- Assessing, documenting, and designing contact center and UC workflows
- Supporting migration from legacy platforms, ensuring integration with enterprise telephony
- Collaborating with telephony and UC teams to align configurations
- Identifying operational improvements and translating requirements into technical documentation
Requirements: 3-5+ years in contact center/UC environments, hands-on experience with CCaaS platforms like Genesys Cloud, strong telephony knowledge, and healthcare experience. Preferred: contact center migrations, Epic telephony, Cisco VoIP. The position offers contract work, $40-$65/hr, with benefits, in a hybrid environment. The role is critical for ensuring a seamless transition and operational continuity during the migration project.
