We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect with deep expertise in CCaaS and IVA solutions, specifically with Google CCAI, AWS Connect, or Five9. This role involves designing and implementing scalable solutions leveraging Google Cloud and Google CX, among other technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Deep knowledge of Google CCAI, AWS Connect, or Five9 data ecosystem
Experience in designing and implementing scalable CCaaS and IVA solutions
Proficiency in architecting secure, resilient cloud infrastructure on GCP
Experience with Agile development, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery
Prior work experience in the client's industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with automated release management using GitHub Actions
Strong understanding of cloud security architecture and Encryption and OAuth
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable CCaaS and IVA solutions leveraging Google Cloud and Google CX
Architect secure, resilient cloud infrastructure on GCP using services such as GKE, Cloud Run, and BigQuery
Lead integrations and migrations leveraging Five9 APIs and telephony capabilities
