Cath Lab Technologist (EP Required) – Contract

Location: Portland, OR
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: No weekends | No on-call | No block schedule


Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist with Electrophysiology (EP) experience to assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in a short-term acute care teaching hospital. The technologist will support cardiac catheterization procedures while ensuring patient safety and high-quality imaging support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in cardiac catheterization and EP procedures
  • Support electrophysiology (EP) procedures and cardiac imaging workflows
  • Operate and assist with imaging equipment during procedures
  • Maintain sterile field and procedural safety standards
  • Monitor patient condition during cardiac procedures
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and cath lab team
  • Ensure accurate documentation in EPIC system
  • Follow radiation safety and infection control protocols
  • Assist in emergency cardiac interventions as needed

Required Qualifications

  • CCI RCIS OR ARRT certification required
  • EP (Electrophysiology) experience required
  • Eligible for or active OBMI license (Oregon Board of Medical Imaging)
  • Ability to apply for Oregon license if out-of-state
  • Strong cardiac procedural and imaging knowledge
  • Ability to work in high-acuity cath lab environment
