Catering Director

Position Overview

At Chick-fil-A, we are committed to delivering exceptional food and remarkable service. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Catering Director to lead and grow our catering business for Chick-fil-A Pharr and Chick-fil-A La Plaza & South 10th St. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Position Type:

• Part Time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the catering program from order to execution
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations
• Drive catering sales through outreach, marketing, and follow-up strategies
• Coordinate logistics including order accuracy, preparation, and timely delivery
• Ensure all catering orders meet Chick-fil-A quality and service standards
• Partner with restaurant leadership to align catering operations with daily business needs
• Track and report catering sales performance and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Preferred: Previous experience in catering sales or a related sales/hospitality role
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends
• Must have reliable transportation (for deliveries and client visits, if needed)
