Catering Director

Chick-fil-A is seeking a strong leader to build and lead a high-performing catering operation. This role is responsible for growing the business, developing the catering team, and delivering a guest experience defined by accuracy, quality, hospitality, and consistent execution. The right candidate will bring sound judgment, high standards, and the ability to lead people well while helping us pursue our goal of becoming the best restaurant in Fort Wayne.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop the catering team
• Set clear expectations and strengthen accountability across the operation
• Grow catering sales through relationship-building, community outreach, and repeat business
• Oversee catering orders from initial inquiry through final fulfillment
• Ensure high standards for service, food quality, accuracy, and presentation
• Partner with restaurant leadership to align staffing, communication, and day-to-day execution
• Review performance, solve problems quickly, and improve team results over time

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in catering, hospitality, restaurant operations, sales, or a related field
• Strong ability to develop people and build a high-performing team
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
• Strong judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without lowering standards
• Commitment to service, quality, and operational excellence
