Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage catering orders with exceptional attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and smooth service
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and delivery persons to deliver timely and quality catering events
  • Coordinate timelines with kitchen and operations teams
  • Ensure all catering orders are accurate, properly packaged, and delivered on time
  • Maintain catering calendars and event schedules
  • Coordinate staffing and logistics for on-site catering events when needed
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Track catering sales performance and provide reports to management
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and company standards
  • Process invoices, payments, and deposits

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time position with 8-hour day shifts
  • Weekend availability Required (off on Sundays)
  • On-site role at a locally owned Chick-fil-A restaurant

Requirements

  • Most posses Valid drivers license
  • Work in operations outside of catering as needed to obtain full time hours
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of detail
  • Be able to stand long for periods of time
  • Climb a ladder and lift up to 50lbs
