Join the dynamic Special Events Catering team at Universal Studios Hollywood as a Catering Warehouse/Back of House Team Member, where you'll play a vital role in supporting exceptional events and experiences. In this fast-paced, detail-oriented role, you'll be responsible for setting up event spaces with tables, chairs, linens, bars, and décor in accordance with event prospectuses. Key responsibilities include supplying buffets, bars, and specialty stations with necessary goods, building and staging pallets and catering carts, and transporting items across the property. You'll also maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, ensure all equipment is operational, and manage inventory to ensure all event needs are met. Collaboration is central to this role, as you'll work closely with both back-of-house and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service and memorable experiences. Your ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and excellence will help make every event a success.
