We are looking for a leader to join our Commissary Kitchen; this kitchen prepares food for JenChan's and Mikkelson's Market. Catering is a large aspect of this kitchen.
- We make prepared dinners like pot pies, lasagnas, and soups, as well as Roasted Chicken, Smoked Seafood, pate, etc.
- Knowledge of diverse methods of preparing proteins like Rabbit, Duck Seafood, etc. is a plus
- We are a scratch kitchen, utilizing local produce companies and grass-fed beef; creativity is a must
- Deep understanding of allergens, vegan, gluten free, and avoiding cross contamination is a must
- 5 years culinary experience minimum
