DESCRIPTION

You will provide project management/coordination for Space Planning projects using JDA/Blue Yonder, Apollo, and Shelf IQ to analyze and create Planograms (POGs).

Responsibilities

• Provide space management and section merchandising including the analysis of financial data and the ability to provide space related insights at both the account and market level.
• SystemTools (experience preferred): JDA/Blue Yonder or Shelf IQ & Apollo and Madrid
• Participate in the development and maintenance of client-specific reporting that measures performance against strategies and objectives .
• Develop and ensure that POGs meet both the Customer’s and Client’s visual standards.
• Maintain and update all POGs for assigned categories and customers
• Responsible for quality control of data sources and ensuring accuracy of deliverables , often requiring engagement with other BI associates and data/tool vendors.
• Attend meetings with clients to discuss client needs and upcoming projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

What YOU will bring to the role

• 4+ years direct work experience in a project coordination/management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution, or equivalent experience
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite , especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, as well as Adobe Creative Suite. Demonstrated experience in interdepartmental personnel management.
• Elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
