    What Will You Get To Do:

    • Strategic Category management, creation, and development of suppliers in North America and Asia supply chain
    • Manage cost reductions, payment terms, and Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for assigned, core categories
    • Act as sourcing lead for assigned categories with the New Product Development (NPD) Engineering, and Operations Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) teams
    • Negotiate best total cost, supplier contracts, and annual renewals
    • Identify and optimize supply chains for new and existing products and services
    • Project manage solutions sets, delivery of action items, and supplier schedules
    • Supplier relationship management through score card metrics and quarterly reviews
    • Deliver to our Procurement Management Operating System (PMOS)
    • Research industry trends to stay aware of emerging opportunities, risks, and current trends

    What Will You Bring:

    • 5 years of Supply Chain experience in Strategic Sourcing
    • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain/Sourcing or Business
    • Previous experience with BI tools, ERP system
