What Will You Get To Do:
- Strategic Category management, creation, and development of suppliers in North America and Asia supply chain
- Manage cost reductions, payment terms, and Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for assigned, core categories
- Act as sourcing lead for assigned categories with the New Product Development (NPD) Engineering, and Operations Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) teams
- Negotiate best total cost, supplier contracts, and annual renewals
- Identify and optimize supply chains for new and existing products and services
- Project manage solutions sets, delivery of action items, and supplier schedules
- Supplier relationship management through score card metrics and quarterly reviews
- Deliver to our Procurement Management Operating System (PMOS)
- Research industry trends to stay aware of emerging opportunities, risks, and current trends
What Will You Bring:
- 5 years of Supply Chain experience in Strategic Sourcing
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain/Sourcing or Business
- Previous experience with BI tools, ERP system
