Make Your Mark at Argo Group
The Catastrophe & Exposure Manager leads catastrophe modeling and exposure management across Property lines, delivering high‑quality analytics that inform underwriting, portfolio optimization, regulatory reporting, and reinsurance strategy.
This role owns modeling accuracy, data standards, and platform effectiveness, while driving automation and continuous improvement. Partnering closely with underwriting and senior stakeholders, the manager shapes the organization’s CAT modeling strategy, strengthens the View of Risk, and ensures globally consistent exposure management practices.

The base salary range is $111,400 - $144,600 (based on experience and location). Additionally, this position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. We’re proud to offer a range of competitive and comprehensive benefits packages.
