Catalog Management Specialist - 3593720

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Catalog Management Specialist position! This is a 6+ month contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Charlotte, NC (onsite Tues-Thurs). This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Set up and implement manufacturer catalogs and items in accordance with master data standards
• Create linkages between distributor data and manufacturer catalog information to maximize association accuracy
• Maintain category/subcategory structure and ensure item attributes are complete and accurate
• Identify and process corrections for duplicate or inaccurate data within manufacturer catalogs
• Present data findings to management and gather feedback
• Demonstrate understanding of invoice and transactional reporting processes
• Resolve customer challenges and ad-hoc requests
• Generate and manage reports for workload analysis
• Develop new methodologies to improve efficiency and data capture
• Maintain professional relationships with manufacturers

What You'll Need to Have:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent business experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Intermediate experience with rebate/contract management technology
• Experience with financial or trend analysis
• Supplier and customer interaction background
• Experience in purchasing/procurement and/or distribution/foodservice
• Minimal travel required (typically to the corporate office in Charlotte)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and adaptability to change
• Collaborative team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service focus and high ethical standards

Pay Range:  $20-$23/hr
