THE POSITION
Join Washington County Behavioral Health & Developmental Services as a Children and Adolescent Service System Program (CASSP) Coordinator to play a key role in our mission of uplifting children and families throughout the county. This position allows you to guide youth through challenging service systems while working closely with dedicated partners across Washington County. This position is responsible for making sure every child receives coordinated care that reflects their unique needs. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this role, you will play an important part in coordinating services for children and adolescents who are involved in multiple support systems. Work involves ensuring each youth receives a well-organized plan that reflects their individual needs and supports strong collaboration among agencies.
