Cashier / Server - Slice House (part time)

Slice House by Tony Gemignani is looking for friendly and customer oriented individual to join our team as a part time Cashier/Server team member! As a Cashier/Server, you will provide excellent customer service, handle transactions efficiently, and ensure a memorable experience for our guests. We value growth and development—there is significant room for advancement into lead roles and supervisory positions for high-performing team members

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide information about menu items and promotions
• Process transactions accurately using point of sale (POS) system
• Handle cash, credit and digital payments
• Maintain a clean and organized front of house area and dining room
• Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance their experience
• Support team members with restocking, cleaning and other general duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Strong numerical and attention-to-detail skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with basic POS systems and technology
• Dependable, punctual and a team player
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, if needed
